Payment for the room (inclusive of breakfast) has been arranged by the organisers. Participants are responsible for payment of any personal expenses incurred at the hotel facility.
Participants have access to their room starting 3:00 pm of 23rd November until 12:00 noon of 25th November. There is a luggage room in the hotel where participants can store their luggage before or after check-in/check-out time. The hotel is open around the clock.
